Share Draft Account Reminder

Overdraft protection is offered on your share draft (03) account. However, there are limitations due to Regulation D.

Each member is only allowed to have six (6) automatic transfers per month, with out being charged a fee. automatic transfers include the following:
Overdraft protection
Flex Teller (on-line)
ARU phone system transfers

If a member has an overdraft after the sixth (6th) automatic transfers the member will be charged the Overdraft NSF fee.

FREE ANNUAL CREDIT REPORT

West Virginia residents are eligible for a free annual credit report beginning September 1, 2005 The Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of 2003(FACTA) allows consumers to request a free credit report, once every 12 months. Consumers have three options to obtain the free report:

1.On the web at Annual Credit Report
2.Toll Free:  877-322-8228
3.By mail: Annual Credit Report Request Service

The annualcreditreport.com is the only authorized source for consumers to access their credit reports online for free. Consumers are advised not to respond to email scams that ask you for your account number, credit card number, and personal identification numbers relating to obtaining a free credit report.  E-mail messages that ask for this type of information are fraudulent, and should be reported immediately.  Formal complaints concerning any suspected fraudulent e-mail should be filed with the Internet Fraud Complaint Center (IFCC) click here for more information.

Consumers are encouraged to view their credit reports regularly to check for inaccuracies or signs of identity theft. Don’t forget to contact the Credit Union and update your address and your primary contact information. This will ensure that you receive any correspondence in a timely manner.

If you have a PO Box, please bring a utility bill to the Credit Union office to show your physical address, a copy will be kept in your file.
